Richard Thomas
Co-Founder & Principal
Richard has worked extensively in the U.K., Ireland, Australia and Canada. Richard's specialism is in Human Resource Management, whether recruiting the best staff from around the World, or helping organisations needing to reduce their headcount. An expert in cost analysis, Richard helps organisations from start-up, through to maturity, and then supports them through the full business cycle.
When not watching Wales or Gloucester play Rugby, Richard is a fundraiser for Cancer Research.
Carol Thomas
Co-Founder & CEO
Carol has travelled all over the world and worked for many with the world's major Defence and Engineering Companies. Throughout her 25 years of work, she is seen as promoting strong women in industry, and a leader for equality in the workplace. An exceptional Project Manager, Carol brings clarity and fresh ideas combined with analytical excellence.
Carol, when not working, if often found looking after her many beehives that produce the beautiful honey we all enjoy !
Zanine Wyeth
VP Ireland
Zanine had dreams of becoming a horse rider, turned recruiter, turned social media guru. Two out of three is not bad!
Based in our Dublin Office, Zanine has a strong background in Recruitment and Human Resource RPO Management, Project Management and Mentoring of Staff.
Being South African by birth, she is an expert at cooking a Braai !
